Abstract:

It is difficult to live in a residential complex without Cooperation and organizing Collective action. Ignoring the importance of Cooperation deactivates the effects of small and scattered investments of the residents, wastes small endeavors and Collective assets and brings about an unsecure environment for individuals. As a result, it has been attempted to investigate residents’ perceptions of Cooperation and its components through Grounded theory and interviewing residential complexes’ residents in Mashad city. Thus, Laleh residential compex was studied in the present research from different aspects and angels. Therefore, 35 semi- structured interviews were carried out. On the basis of the analysis of findings within the research paradigm, it was found that fragile Cooperation constituted the core. Constraining structure was presented as the underlying conditions. The structures people may be able to influence but they have no control over them. Individual charactersitics such Cooperation evasion, interactional gap, negativitism, and weak central control are among the causal conditions that lead to “fragile Cooperation”. The consequences of such interactions is that even if clear norms and rules prevail in the complex and that there is a descipline in the complex, these conditions are very unstable. And in case there are few number of free riders, the mentioned common good can be easily lost.

Abstract:

This research examines the semantic understanding of Semiram farmers regarding water scarcity. The grounded theory research method, a systematic approach, was used to achieve this objective. The research participants consisted of Semiram farmers. The sampling method employed was purposeful, resulting in 25 farmers being interviewed using a semi-structured interview format. The interviews were analyzed using the three-step coding method of grounded theory. The findings revealed that several causal conditions contribute to water scarcity in Semiram, including changing patterns, inefficient governance, and climate changes. To address water scarcity, farmers have proposed three strategies: strengthening traditions of Cooperation, fostering an environmental culture, and promoting alternative industrialism. The realization of these strategies is influenced by economic policies and water resources management. Economic individualism and limited financial resources act as hindering factors for coping strategies related to water scarcity. According to the farmers' perspective, the consequences of implementing these strategies include economic life reconstruction, social life reconstruction, and environmental life reconstruction. Furthermore, individual-institutional inefficiency and Cooperation emerge as central categories in the farmers' semantic understanding of water scarcity in Semiram. The result showed that water scarcity is under the influence of both individual and institutional categories. Therefore, the strategies to face it are also individual-institutional and the consequences of these strategies are also the same.

Abstract:

In the studies of human Cooperation, the problem is always the choice between individual benefit and Collective benefit, which is modeled by the game. On the other hand, based on the Dual processing of decision-making, whether cooperative decision-making is type I or type II has been discussed a lot. Some studies consider cooperative decision-making as type 1 and others as type 2. According to some theories, the human self is inter-subjective, and it is created by the interaction between I and Me. The classical model of game theory does not consider it. In this article, we first enter common sense and intersubjectivity into the game theory model and show that a level of estimation of the intention of the opposite player is necessary for Cooperation. Then we show that if the individual perceives himself in a joint situation through the knowledge of the opposite player's intention, the cooperative decision-making process is carried out Fast, and therefore it must be considered type 1, and if he considers himself as an individual, his decision-making must be considered type 2. As a result, belonging to a social environment has priority over the type of decision-making.

Abstract:

Inaccurate and incorrect interpretations of the Qur'an or presenting personal views using some verses of the Qur'an in the name of religion have led to the creation of views that in some cases are not in harmony with science or human experience. These views can weaken the divine religion. One of these views is the appointment of economic cooperative to Islam by referring to the verse called "cooperative". In this article, an attempt has been made to accurately translate the verse of Cooperation by referring to the verses of the Qur'an and using the method of translating the Qur'an with the Qur'an and provide a more accurate understanding of the Qur'anic Cooperation. Based on this, we come to the conclusion that the verse of Cooperation in the Qur'an does not refer to issues in which there is a worldly personal interest, such as economic cooperative companies.

Abstract:

In the history of political thought, the concept of security and protection of the political structure and its stability has been as important as the establishment of the political government. This concept has also been taken into consideration in Farabi's political thought, and in various works such as al-Siyaseh al-Madaniyya, the opinions of the people of Madinah al-Fazlah, etc., after explaining the logic of the development of the ideal politics, Farabi has tried to consider how to maintain Medina and its security. had. The main problem of this article is to study security as the most fundamental political component in Farabi's political thought and analyze the logic he uses in the stability and protection of utopia based on Farabi's philosophical system. According to him, since the establishment of the utopia is dependent on the concept of happiness, morality and virtue, the method of protection, stability and continuity of the utopia policy is also possible depending on the aforementioned three concepts. In order to explain the relations of political security, he places the philosopher-shah as the authority of security, and instead of deriving the logic of security from a dominant power, he relates it to the structure of the universe through the intellect of the philosopher, and the logic of establishment and continuity. It explains political-security from within the existential and rational structure of the objective world that it obtains from the active intellect.
